Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Proficient in object-oriented Java programming and design patterns.

• Development of applications and RESTful services.

• Familiarity with architecture and development best practices.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Spring Cloud.

• Experience with integrations involving Kafka.

• Understanding of unit testing, microservices, and distributed architecture.

• Participate as a member of a product team to enhance Sicredi’s cooperative digital experience.

• Engage in the modernization and rewrite of the Core Banking system.

• Contribute to fostering a cultural shift towards a more horizontal, simple, and participatory organization.

• Preferred knowledge of both relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.

• Preferred familiarity with event-driven architecture.

• Preferred understanding of Spring WebFlux.

• Preferred knowledge in continuous integration and automation practices.

• Experience collaborating with teams using agile development methodologies.

• Skills in collaborative product design and conception.

• Knowledge of secure software development principles.
