Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive product features using Angular/React alongside Java/Node.js.

• Prioritize security: manage authentication, permissions, input validation, secrets, dependencies, OWASP risks, and ensure safe AI implementation.

• Take full ownership of projects from start to finish: including UI, APIs, data flows, testing, releases, and troubleshooting.

• Create user interfaces that are not only technically correct but also clean, fast, and intuitive.

• Leverage AI tools, coding agents, MCPs, and automation to enhance productivity.

• Explore various workflows for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and code review.

• Integrate AI tools with real systems via MCPs, APIs, internal tools, and automation processes.

• Evaluate both human-written and AI-generated code with keen discernment.

• Infuse energy, innovative ideas, and momentum into a small team focused on developing authentic products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of practical experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript, APIs, databases, Git, and contemporary web applications.

• Strong appreciation for UI/UX, emphasizing the overall feel of the product rather than solely the functionality of the code.

• Familiarity with modern AI development tools and a willingness to continue experimenting as technology evolves.

• Experience or a keen interest in AI agents, MCP servers, tool invocation, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Capable of guiding AI, crafting effective prompts, validating outputs, and ensuring sensitive data is protected.

• Comprehensive understanding of OWASP fundamentals, cloud security, Docker, CI/CD, and vulnerability assessment.

• Product-focused, security-conscious, and comfortable working without complete guidance.
