Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications powered by LLMs and autonomous agents.

• Create agentic workflows and orchestration layers utilizing LangGraph or similar frameworks.

• Implement and enhance prompt engineering techniques to ensure reliability, safety, and performance.

• Integrate and assess modern LLM models from various providers.

• Develop agent observability utilizing LangSmith, LangFuse, or comparable tools.

• Construct and maintain components for the MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage in Agile ceremonies.

• Create backend services leveraging AWS-native serverless and computing solutions.

• Conduct peer reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant LLM/AI libraries.

• Experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks.

• Extensive knowledge of LLM model integration and tuning.

• Practical experience with observability tools like LangSmith or LangFuse.

• Background in developing MCP Servers.

• Strong understanding of AWS services, including Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.

• Solid fundamentals in algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud-native design.

• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs and event-driven systems.

• Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

• Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, with strong analytical skills.

• Experience with vector databases and embedding pipelines.

• Familiarity with real-time or streaming platforms such as Kinesis or Kafka.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker.

• Experience with reinforcement learning or agentic evaluation frameworks.
