Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design a customized workflow engine that integrates with Naehas’ core product for automation.

• Write clean, efficient, and optimized code.

• Develop unit test cases.

• Maintain Javadoc and document APIs.

• Create architecture and feature documentation.

• Analyze, design, and develop reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

• Collaborate with product management to grasp business requirements and convert them into features within set timelines.

• Suggest and implement solutions along with underlying techniques for identified problem statements.

• Work alongside developers and teams to deliver new features with minimal defects.

• Contribute to advanced concepts, technologies, and areas of team expertise.

• Address issues related to product and technology architecture and design.

• Provide strategic reasoning for the introduction of new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Strong preference for candidates who have completed B.Tech/M.Tech from top Tier-1 institutes.

• 7–10 years of practical experience in coding with Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.

• Experience in building microservices and RESTful web services.

• Familiarity with RDBMS, preferably MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Neo4j.

• Practical experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect/SAML, JWT, and Spring Security.

• Understanding of Java build tools like Maven/Gradle.

• Experience in designing, testing, and implementing software systems that enhance data operations and solution design.

• Ability to analyze requirements and comprehend business needs to develop optimized, customized customer solutions.

• Proven leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Participation in research and development activities to identify product requirements aligned with Naehas’ vision and business goals.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Nice to have: practical experience with cloud platforms and services, preferably AWS.

• Nice to have: familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React.js.

• Nice to have: understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Linux, shell scripting, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Apache Kafka, pub-sub systems, Okta, SSO, and Docker.
