Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Engage with the Corrigo Platform, a CMMS utilized for facilities management.

• Collaborate with the Product Management team to comprehend requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

• Create new features while enhancing and optimizing existing functionalities from design to testing and deployment.

• Assist Customer Services by resolving escalated issues.

• Produce clean, high-quality, and maintainable code.

• Take part in code reviews by both submitting your code and reviewing others'.

• Diagnose and independently resolve intricate domain issues.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for code generation, automated testing, and code analysis.

• Participate in knowledge sharing and uphold engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing SaaS/PaaS products.

• Proficiency in at least one area of frontend or backend development.

• Capability to comprehend business requirements and deliver effective technical designs and solutions.

• Experience with relational database design and development.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, with a preference for Azure but not mandatory.

• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools and the capacity to evaluate and adopt new AI technologies.

• Ability to design functionalities that are easily testable and develop comprehensive tests.

• Experience with the .NET Framework / .NET 8.

• Proficient in ASP.NET Core / .NET Core MVC.

• Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or NHibernate.

• Knowledge of API design and RESTful web services.

• Experience with asynchronous processing, queues, topics, and related technologies.

• Background in distributed applications, service-oriented architecture, caching, and related concepts.

• Familiarity with Azure, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch.

• Experience in building and maintaining distributed applications using Kubernetes and Docker.

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
