Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Engage with the Corrigo Platform, a comprehensive CMMS designed for facilities management, asset and work order management, maintenance, and analytics.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to comprehend product requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.

• Create new features while enhancing and optimizing existing functionalities from the initial concept, through design, testing, and deployment.

• Provide support to Customer Services by addressing escalated issues.

• Produce clean, high-quality, and maintainable code.

• Take part in code reviews by submitting your work and evaluating the code of peers.

• Diagnose and independently resolve complex domain problems.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for code generation, automated testing, and code analysis.

• Participate in knowledge sharing and promote engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing SaaS/PaaS products.

• Proficient in at least one area of frontend or backend development.

• Capable of understanding business needs and delivering effective technical designs and solutions.

• Experience in relational database design and development.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies; experience with Azure is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and the ability to assess and integrate new AI technologies.

• Skilled in designing easily testable functionalities and constructing robust tests.

• Experience with .NET Framework / .NET 8.

• Proficient in ASP.NET Core / .NET Core MVC.

• Experienced with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or NHibernate.

• Understanding of API design and RESTful web services.

• Background in asynchronous processing, queues, topics, and related technologies.

• Experience with distributed applications, service-oriented architecture, and caching mechanisms.

• Knowledge of Azure, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch.

• Familiar with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
