📋 Description

• Design and develop software that is secure, efficient, and easy to maintain.

• Continuously enhance implementation quality and methodologies based on feedback received.

• Update stakeholders on progress, clarify uncertainties, address obstacles, and provide estimates.

• Create components that are ready for production, ensuring they are testable and observable.

• Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent the recurrence of defects.

• Oversee larger projects from the breakdown of tasks through to implementation and delivery.

• Set an example and offer constructive, actionable feedback on the work of others.

• Design, implement, and sustain software product code in alignment with Product Management specifications.

• Develop software using methodologies and patterns that enhance security, maintainability, testability, extensibility, and operability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in professional software development.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience in owning a feature from start to finish, including the React/TypeScript UI and the C#/.NET API.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot.

• Experience in developing small agents or skills, such as automated quality-grading tools or PR-review agents.

• Ability to define and prioritize tasks when requirements are still being finalized.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proactive communication and capability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
