Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Employ an AI-native and AI-first strategy throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Iteratively transform concepts into prototypes and production-quality code

• Design and create the cloud platform encompassing all components of the G-P ecosystem

• Develop frameworks and services for the platform

• Create solutions for a cloud-managed and serverless-centric platform ecosystem

• Advocate for contemporary Agile methodologies and practices, such as the Well-Architected Framework

• Champion quality, scalability, speed, and a mindset focused on excellence

• Identify and resolve issues flagged by internal teams and customers

• Develop and promote unit, contract, integration, and other types of test suites

• Mentor and support software engineers through guidance, coaching, and educational resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in developing highly scalable enterprise-level services, platforms, or products

• Significant experience in building large-scale distributed enterprise applications within geographically diverse teams

• Profound backend-stack knowledge encompassing most or all of Node.js, Java, Python, Redis, and Golang

• Understanding of and experience in selecting between SQL and NoSQL database technologies such as MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB

• Familiarity with modern cloud architectures and technologies

• Exceptional communication skills with experience in documenting and conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment is preferred

• Practical experience in data modeling, data architecture, data governance, CRM integration, third-party system integration, workflow orchestration/choreography, or similar fields is a plus

• Prior hands-on experience with AI in production settings is highly preferred
