This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and provide support for software across various products and technology stacks.
• Engage throughout the software development lifecycle, encompassing technical design, implementation, testing, code review, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to introduce new features, address production challenges, and enhance systems continuously.
• Produce clean, maintainable code alongside automated tests and technical documentation.
• Create and refine RESTful APIs and event-driven services with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and developer experience.
• Construct resilient distributed systems that prioritize performance, fault tolerance, and maintainability.
• Conduct thorough testing of code and review code contributions from fellow engineers to ensure comprehensive quality.
• Work together across multiple products, technologies, and business domains.
• At least 3-5 years of experience with one or more modern programming languages and frameworks, including Python, Java, React, or TypeScript.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional full-stack development experience for a Senior Software Engineer role.
• Proven experience in building cloud-native applications on AWS utilizing services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, or comparable tools.
• Proficient in SQL, relational databases, Git-based development workflows, and infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting production systems through observability platforms such as Datadog, Amazon CloudWatch, or equivalent tools.
• A passion for AI-assisted software development and familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Amazon Bedrock Agents is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and a capacity for swiftly learning new technologies while contributing across several products and codebases.
• A strong academic background.
• A degree in Computer Science is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is present.
• Professional full-stack development experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, Python, or Java.
• Proficiency in industry-standard programming languages and frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, and RDS, and experience interfacing with real-time databases.
