Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to contribute to the design of system- and component-level architecture.

• Take ownership of the entire technical execution of significant initiatives from the design phase to delivery.

• Actively identify and address risks and dependencies.

• Lead initiatives that span multiple teams and influence decisions at the platform level.

• Engage in code reviews and implement best practices in CI/CD, testing, observability, and DevOps.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

• Direct complex incident responses and conduct thorough technical root cause analyses, including participation in on-call duties.

• Mentor and provide support to fellow engineers.

• Write hands-on, production-ready code for critical components and intricate problem areas.

• Find a balance between immediate delivery needs and long-term technical health.

• Diagnose and resolve complex production challenges.

• Ensure alignment between product priorities and technical execution.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 9–12 years of professional software development experience.

• In-depth knowledge of software architecture and system design.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale, cloud-based systems.

• Proven track record of writing test automation at all levels to ensure application functionality and performance targets are achieved.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence abilities.

• Capability to drive change in complex technical environments.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs dictate.

• Sedentary role: primarily involves desk/computer work.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
