This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of high-caliber software modules for the Cotiviti product suite.
• Investigate and resolve software-related challenges arising from both internal and external customers.
• Create comprehensive documentation of application specifications, design, features, and operations prior to production deployment.
• Implement solution enhancements aimed at boosting performance and availability.
• Convey technical and operational challenges to engineering and business leadership promptly.
• Ensure compliance with technology standards while developing systems.
• Investigate innovative ideas and contribute creatively to enhance process or system efficiency and outcomes.
• Continuously expand knowledge of technologies selected and integrated into the Cotiviti product suite.
• Carry out all relevant aspects of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with senior developers, offshore development team members, business owners, project management, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to other developers.
• Complete annual Performance Plan objectives and any assigned special projects or additional duties.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in the industry.
• Over 2 years of experience with healthcare data.
• Proficient in handling large datasets.
• 4–5 years of experience with relational databases.
• 4–5 years of experience with ETL processes.
• Familiarity with optimization and tuning of SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
• 4–5 years of experience with Java frameworks or .NET Framework.
• Understanding of one or more enterprise scheduling tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to maintain a dedicated, secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
• Must be able to perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
