This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee development teams while offering technical expertise
• Construct and set up applications within the Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform ecosystem
• Document and refine intricate programs and scripts
• Ensure compliance with project quality benchmarks
• Utilize established standards and tools to produce well-engineered results
• Convey client requirements to development teams
• Aid in application troubleshooting and debugging efforts
• Engage in reviews of personal work and lead evaluations of colleagues’ work
• Keep projects on track and adhere to deadlines
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to formulate and agree on system integration plans while reporting progress
• Define complex or novel integration builds
• Confirm that integration test environments are properly set up
• Design, execute, and report on integration build test outcomes
• Mentor junior developers on best practices
• Involve yourself in business activities, including communications with clients
• Candidates must qualify for SC clearance
• Certified as a PL-400 Power Platform Developer
• Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform ecosystem
• Familiarity with Azure as part of Power Platform initiatives
• Proficient in documentation and handover processes
• Management capabilities from both a people-management and overall process-control perspective
• Ability to organize, lead, and document meetings while following up on action items
• Strong communication skills to engage with all organizational levels and external parties
• Awareness of business operations and knowledge of organizational business areas, drivers, structures, and priorities
• Capacity to mentor and coach team members
• Competence in organizing, prioritizing, and monitoring both personal and team workloads
• Completion of mandatory role-based, information security, and computer-based training
• Dedication to continuous learning and gaining relevant skills/certifications
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting without supervision
