Senior Software Engineer – AI Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical implementation of Curveglass for one or two airline clients, managing the process from start to finish.

• Develop and maintain custom Adapter code tailored for each client.

• Engage in both frontend and backend systems.

• Integrate with the airline's data and infrastructure.

• Deploy and manage Curveglass within the clients' cloud environments.

• Comprehend the technical and business requirements of clients.

• Actively participate in and lead meetings with clients.

• Diagnose issues and evaluate recommendation results alongside revenue management teams.

• Set and manage technical expectations with clients.

• Collaborate with the Curveglass core team to decide between Adapter and shared Core solutions.

• Contribute to the roadmap and submit requests for Core modifications.

• Implement functionalities specific to clients.

• Oversee the entire software lifecycle, from understanding problems to production operation and enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven software engineering experience: capable of independently designing, building, debugging, and maintaining production systems.

• Proficient in Python.

• Full-stack development skills with TypeScript and React.

• Experience with SQL and data integration involving relational data, APIs, client datasets, and production data flows.

• Familiarity with deploying and maintaining applications in AWS or Azure.

• Practical experience with containers and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.

• End-to-end ownership of application code, integrations, infrastructure, deployment, and maintenance.

• Strong client-facing communication abilities, including leading technical discussions and managing expectations.

• Business-oriented mindset.

• Development focused on production aspects, including reliability, observability, debugging, and maintainability.

• Experience utilizing modern AI coding tools effectively.

• Capability to tackle complex problems, manage ambiguity, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
