Senior Software Development Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create web applications from the design phase through to full deployment of the product.

• Develop software that operates smoothly on both desktop and mobile web platforms.

• Convert product requirements and designs into high-quality, functional software.

• Identify and uphold site-wide design standards with precision.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and QA teams within a lean, agile framework.

• Report directly to the CTO.

• Play a role in strategic decision-making and influence the overall direction of the technology stack.

• Serve as a technical lead on product features or initiatives.

• Engage in occasional travel for team meetings and program-related events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in TypeScript.

• Strong skills in React.js.

• Knowledge of API best practices.

• Excellent CSS/SCSS proficiency.

• Experience in creating accurate and responsive designs.

• Familiarity with AI-native development using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs, and orchestrated agents.

• Updated on the latest AI tools and technical functionalities.

• At least 8 years of relevant full-time work experience.

• Ideally experienced in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment.

• Advanced technical and analytical skills for diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to act as a technical lead on product features or initiatives.

• Background in fintech, investment platforms, or financial technology.

• Experience with payments, compliance, secure financial workflows, or donor/fundraising tools.

• Bonus: Familiarity with TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, NodeJS, Prisma ORM, or TailwindCSS.

• Experience in building complete applications from designs through to scaled production deployments.

• Must reside in the United States.
