Senior Software Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to grasp their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.

• Offer expert recommendations on software solutions and strategies tailored to client needs.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and architect software solutions that align with client goals.

• Ensure the proposed solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant.

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers.

• Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Manage and coordinate software development projects, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and maintain communication with stakeholders.

• Engage in hands-on software development, including coding, testing, and debugging as necessary.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Enhance and optimize software development processes.

• Deliver training and support to clients on the solutions implemented.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to help clients fully leverage software benefits.

• Generate comprehensive technical documentation for software solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of experience in software consulting.

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Software Consultant or in a comparable position.

• Strong expertise in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in project management, including the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and relevant trends.
