Senior Social Media Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance existing client accounts independently

• Identify opportunities for growth and actively broaden client engagements

• Deliver thorough strategic consulting across all facets of social media

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members

• Foster long-term, trusting relationships with clients

• Plan and execute social media and influencer campaigns, both organic and paid

• Research, select, approach, and negotiate with influencers for bookings

• Oversee and support influencers and creators throughout the campaign lifecycle

• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners

• Manage community engagement

• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for all projects

• Independently track and regulate campaigns and ongoing activities

• Prepare and manage proposals, as well as oversee billing and invoicing processes

• Ensure consistently high-quality execution across all initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years of agency-side consulting experience with a focus on social media (required)

• Demonstrated experience in expanding client accounts and providing strategic consulting

• Background in influencer marketing, including the booking and management of creators

• Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant platforms

• Strong expertise in paid social media

• In-depth understanding of content, target audiences, and brand management

• Confident demeanor, excellent negotiation skills, and outstanding communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Robust understanding of project management, budget responsibilities, and commercial relationships

• Experience in preparing proposals, controlling campaigns, and managing billing

• Proficient in both German and English languages
