Senior Social & Content Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance GetResponse’s social media presence across global and Polish platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Strategize, develop, and share social content while experimenting with various formats, storytelling techniques, and messaging tailored for a professional B2B audience.

• Foster audience relationships through effective community management and customer advocacy initiatives.

• Leverage social media as a pipeline driver, facilitating demo requests, trial sign-ups, and referral traffic.

• Conduct experiments and evaluate performance to enhance social media effectiveness and overall business impact.

• Produce blog articles, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign materials beyond social media.

• Oversee cross-functional marketing projects from inception to execution and reporting.

• Report directly to the Brand & Content Marketing Lead and collaborate with the Video & Campaigns Manager and the broader Brand team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years managing social media for a SaaS, B2B tech, or digital brand.

• Proven success in growing social channels and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Experience linking social media initiatives to business performance, utilizing tools like UTM tracking and HubSpot reporting.

• Excellent writing skills, supported by a portfolio that includes longer-form content such as blog articles, newsletters, or campaign copy.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from brief to execution and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or HeyGen.

• Full professional proficiency in both Polish and English.

• Confidence in appearing on camera and producing content in both languages.

• Ability to blend creativity with a professional B2B brand voice.
