Senior Site Contracts Negotiator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the negotiation of clinical trial agreements and budgets with investigative sites.

• Manage contract tasks that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancements.

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets for complex or high-priority clinical studies across various countries.

• Assess contract terms to ensure they align with sponsor requirements, internal policies, and relevant laws and regulations.

• Act as a primary contact for sites regarding contractual issues.

• Address inquiries and resolve contractual problems promptly.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams on contract language and budget assumptions.

• Track contract cycle times and contribute to strategies aimed at reducing timelines and enhancing efficiency.

• Assist in the development and refinement of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience in site contracting or clinical vendor contracting within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or similar industry.

• Strong grasp of clinical trial agreements, budget frameworks, and key legal and compliance considerations.

• Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.

• Proficient in English and Czech.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in managing multiple contracts and timelines across different countries.

• Solution-oriented mindset, capable of handling escalation situations and contributing to process enhancements.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
