This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain tailored SharePoint Online solutions utilizing SPFx.
• Create responsive and reusable SPFx web parts, extensions, and components with TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Enhance and develop SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, navigation, and other SharePoint elements.
• Customize SharePoint experiences through modern extensibility methods and Microsoft-endorsed development patterns.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, enterprise APIs, and additional data sources.
• Connect SharePoint Online with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and Dataverse.
• Build solutions using SharePoint lists and libraries as secure, structured data sources.
• Implement permissions, role-based access, and security protocols.
• Create reusable components and standardized solution patterns.
• Modernize outdated SharePoint solutions and workflows.
• Assist in the migration and modernization from SharePoint Server to SharePoint Online.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SharePoint, SPFx, JavaScript, API integration, and performance.
• Enhance solutions for usability, accessibility, maintainability, and performance.
• Conduct unit and integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to development standards and best practices.
• Utilize Git and enterprise source-control tools.
• Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and regulated deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Create technical, deployment, configuration, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, Power Platform developers, business analysts, security teams, and stakeholders.
• Convert business and functional requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions.
• Offer technical support and knowledge transfer to end users and junior technical personnel.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in developing enterprise SharePoint solutions is required.
• Practical experience in developing SharePoint Online solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience in creating modern web applications and reusable components with TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge in integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise systems.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with SPFx.
• Solid expertise in TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in developing SPFx web parts, extensions, and reusable components.
• In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online development and modern SharePoint extensibility.
• Familiarity with SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, pages, and permissions.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST APIs.
• Proven experience in consuming REST APIs and integrating SharePoint with external systems and data sources.
• Experience in connecting SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, authentication, and role-based access.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing SharePoint and SPFx solutions.
• Familiarity with Git and source-control best practices.
• Experience in supporting solution packaging and deployment through the SharePoint App Catalog.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for SPFx solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar enterprise development and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and contemporary web-development practices.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Server and the migration from SharePoint Server to SharePoint Online is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into robust, scalable, secure, and reusable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, administrators, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

• Willingness to stay updated on SharePoint, SPFx, Microsoft 365, and modern web-development technologies.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) is required.
