This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist in the execution of technical transformation initiatives within an Agile setting
• Oversee the design and deployment of mobile solutions for Android and/or iOS, encompassing architecture and technical choices
• Collaborate closely with the development team and project stakeholders
• Create and integrate native applications using Objective-C/Swift for iOS, as well as Java-based, Kotlin, and Flutter applications for Android
• Help define the user experience for mobile applications by leveraging platform best practices
• Engage in Scrum projects through brief development cycles, user interactions, methodologies, tools, and performance metrics
• Contribute to development efforts and assist teams in implementing best practices
• Set up the continuous integration pipeline and automate builds, testing, signing, and app store distribution
• Promote the professional growth of junior team members
• Serve as a consultant by suggesting innovative solutions and aiding clients in their decision-making processes
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile development for Android and/or iOS
• At least 3 years of experience in a role focused on technical leadership
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Capability to inspire and guide a team
• Ability to offer value-added solutions while considering project priorities and deadlines
• Innovative mindset and creativity in tackling technical challenges
• Proficiency in English sufficient for effective communication in an international context
• Expertise in Objective-C, Swift, Java for Android, Kotlin, and Flutter
• In-depth knowledge of mobile architectures and technical decisions for Android and/or iOS
• Familiarity with automated unit testing, contemporary development patterns, and continuous integration
