Senior Servicing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients regarding loan-related issues.

• Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups on overdue accounts through email and phone communications.

• Maintain target cure rates within the default prevention portfolio.

• Prepare documentation for business-purpose real estate loans.

• Process loan payments efficiently.

• Oversee escrow management for taxes and insurance.

• Collaborate with counterparties to discuss portfolio and specific loan details.

• Board newly funded loans onto the servicing platform.

• Execute post-booking audits on loans processed the previous day.

• Monitor insurance and review lienholder details and coverage amounts.

• Keep track of force-placed insurance.

• Prepare requests for payoffs and loan extensions.

• Process paid loans and prepare as well as file collateral releases.

• Deliver quality daily updates on loan status throughout the entire loan lifecycle.

• Supervise borrower loan accounts, maintain precise records, and ensure adherence to loan agreements and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in loan servicing is preferred.

• Knowledge of construction and loans is beneficial.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
