Senior Services Manager 3 – Digital Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute projects at client locations both in the United States and internationally.

• Oversee the activities of team members and subcontractors.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of each project.

• Commission projects and address any specification-related issues.

• Manage project correspondence and provide regular updates.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Negotiate and collaborate with staff as necessary.

• Build specialized expertise and serve as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.

• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring effective delivery within your area of responsibility.

• Utilize technical knowledge and experience for data analysis to back up recommendations.

• Make decisions and resolve moderately complex issues related to operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues.

• Lead small projects that involve moderate risks and resource needs.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and foster consensus.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Finance.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, particularly in software development projects.

• 3–5 years of experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Primavera P6.

• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally within the software sector.

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.

• Certification in software development methodologies like Certified ScrumMaster or Kanban is advantageous.

• Additional certifications relevant to the utility industry, such as Certified Energy Manager or NERC Certifications, are highly sought after.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Capacity to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Proven ability to lead programs and projects successfully.

• Capability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

• Established skills in project management.

• Experience in the utility industry, especially with control room systems.

• Familiarity with utility industry regulations, standards, and best practices, including NERC and FERC.

• Experience with utility-specific software, such as SCADA systems.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
