Senior ServiceNow Developer – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conceive, create, test, and deploy integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise applications.

• Build and sustain integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP Services, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

• Create custom APIs and Scripted REST Services within ServiceNow.

• Set up inbound and outbound integrations with both cloud and on-premises systems.

• Design reusable integration frameworks and automation components.

• Develop server-side JavaScript solutions, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and UI Actions.

• Configure event-driven integrations and processes for real-time synchronization.

• Implement secure authentication methods and ensure adherence to security protocols.

• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges.

• Support production environments and conduct root cause analyses.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Work in collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions.

• Execute additional responsibilities related to the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development.

• Proven experience in designing and developing integrations.

• Strong practical knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.

• Experience in configuring and supporting MID Servers.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript development.

• Experience in integrating enterprise applications in both cloud and on-premises settings.

• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, Mutual TLS, API Keys, and best practices for integration security.

• Experience in developing Scripted REST APIs and custom integration solutions.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English for conversation.

• The following qualifications are considered advantageous: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Azure Integration Services, AWS/Azure/GCP integrations, JDBC integrations, CI/CD, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, integration patterns, experience in the Utilities/Energy industry, ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow IntegrationHub Certification, ServiceNow Implementation Certifications, and Cloud Integration Certifications.
