Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module, ensuring they meet the business requirements of the financial services industry.

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems utilizing REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or middleware tools.

• Create and customize Service Portals, widgets, and user interfaces.

• Collaborate with architecture, governance, and business teams to establish and implement development and design best practices on the platform.

• Conduct technical analyses, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for scripts and integrations.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, integrations, and workflows.

• Provide support to the ServiceNow team on rollout, upgrade, and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with the FSO (Financial Services Operations) and/or CSM (Customer Service Management) modules.

• Strong understanding of integrations, including REST, SOAP, API Management, and IntegrationHub.

• Experience in developing and customizing Service Portals, including widgets and front-end components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS).

• Proficient in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Data Policies.

• Capability to work in agile and cross-functional environments.

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or FSO Implementation Specialist certifications are advantageous.

• Familiarity with other platform modules, such as ITSM, CSM, and ITOM, is a plus.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow security and governance best practices is beneficial.

• Experience in the financial services or banking sector is favorable.
