Senior Service Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain reporting and analytics solutions that align with Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.

• Utilize advanced SQL and data modeling techniques to extract, transform, and validate data from intricate revenue cycle environments.

• Leverage Epic Clarity and revenue cycle expertise to pinpoint trends, defects, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Convert analysis into concise, client-ready reports and recommendations suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Execute account and performance reviews to uncover actionable opportunities.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance on metrics and reports.

• Take ownership of follow-up actions and drive execution of recommendations.

• Act as a reliable analytics partner for internal teams and client counterparts.

• Provide thought leadership and mentorship within the broader analytics community.

• Familiarize yourself with R1's data landscape, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle workflows, and reporting logic.

• Independently manage significant deliverables and identify trends that enhance operational value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience, with a robust background in revenue cycle and analytics-focused roles.

• In-depth understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, denials, accounts receivable, and payment posting.

• Practical experience with the Epic Clarity data model, preferably in Resolute/Hospital Billing.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, encompassing complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Demonstrated ability to convert disorganized operational data into trusted, decision-ready insights.

• Proven experience presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clients.

• Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification is preferred.

• Experience in data modeling within Snowflake is preferred.

• Knowledge of stored procedures / T-SQL is preferred.

• Previous client-facing analytics or service delivery experience is preferred.

• Experience mentoring analysts or developing team capabilities is preferred.
