📋 Description

• Develop tools and processes that safeguard workforce IT systems, with a primary focus on EDR, DLP, and email security.

• Enhance and maintain security tools through automation, quality assurance methodologies, and feedback mechanisms.

• Collaborate with security analysts, engineers, and technical system owners to examine discrepancies between expected and actual system functionalities.

• Contribute to shaping the Enterprise Security roadmap alongside the manager and colleagues.

• Perform targeted threat hunting to detect threats and create detections and automation strategies.

• Guide junior team members and promote a collaborative workplace culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of information security.

• Proven experience in developing technologies and processes that enhance the coverage and effectiveness of security tools across corporate IT and complex platform environments.

• Familiarity with a combination of mobile device management (MDM), endpoint detection and response (EDR), data loss prevention (DLP), and cloud security tools.

• Extensive knowledge of operating systems, file systems, networking, common protocols, public cloud security, and automation techniques.

• Capability to secure supported systems and environments effectively.

• Proficient in communicating complex security concepts to a variety of stakeholders and providing clear, actionable recommendations.

• Experience in managing complex changes within larger organizations, including the development and execution of communication and implementation strategies.

• Willingness to participate in periodic off-hours escalation rotations.

• May need to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
