Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Facilitates and conducts Scrum events

• Eliminates obstacles and encourages collaboration

• Assists the Product Owner and fosters continuous improvement

• Guarantees the effective application of the Scrum framework

• Advises Scrum Master teams on agile principles and values

• Analyzes agile metrics and reporting to track key information and monitor team progress

• Creates and develops process evaluation tools to assess Scrum principles within team processes

• Derives actionable insights from analytics and reports on team productivity, velocity, and quality

• Formulates stakeholder communication strategies to collect and integrate feedback into process enhancements

• Facilitates the Scrum process and provides support to the Scrum team

• Establishes sharing and documentation systems utilizing wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools

• Educates team members on agile values, principles, and practices

• Engages with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to mitigate potential challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional experience

• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Skilled in collaboration and teamwork

• Strong growth mindset (agility and personal development) skills

• Competent in execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

• Knowledgeable in business intelligence

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
