Senior Agile Coach, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create and execute thorough project plans.

• Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere and establish a unified vision for project success.

• Oversee resource distribution and workload assignments to align with delivery objectives and anticipated financial outcomes.

• Assess plans and interdependencies while tracking estimates, schedules, and variances.

• Develop strategic modifications to achieve delivery goals and secure customer approval on critical milestones.

• Encourage professional and transparent collaboration among delivery teams, clients, and client partners.

• Recognize process enhancements, cost reduction strategies, and efficiency measures.

• Identify risks and obstacles, create mitigation plans, and facilitate issue resolution.

• Inspire, motivate, and guide delivery teams, promoting accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Systematically capture, organize, and document knowledge.

• Implement knowledge maintenance, governance, and quality assurance processes.

• Analyze and clarify complex information, pinpointing patterns and dependencies.

• Identify knowledge deficits and opportunities for enhancement.

• Connect information across topics, teams, and documentation.

• Prepare and present information tailored to specific audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects, including Fixed Price projects.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Project Management methodologies.

• Experience in process analysis and process enhancement.

• Background in designing and implementing organizational processes and governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile transformation initiatives.

• Experience in change management and organizational alignment.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams.

• Strong communication and facilitation capabilities.

• Dependable and accountable mindset.

• Structured and process-oriented thinking.

• Commitment to transparency in communication and decision-making.

• Ability to influence and promote change within teams.

• Regular use of AI tools to boost productivity, automate or minimize repetitive tasks, support decision-making, and enhance quality outcomes.

• Ability to utilize AI tools responsibly, effectively structure prompts, critically assess outputs, understand limitations, and take ownership of final results.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and German.

• Solid technical background in IT systems or software development (preferred).

• PMI ACP, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or ICP-ATF certifications (preferred).
