SCRUM MASTER II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Scrum principles are comprehended, implemented, and embraced organization-wide.

• Facilitate the identification and proposal of enhancements to Scrum implementation processes within development teams.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client's business requirements.

• Recommend business solutions that align with the client's needs.

• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Ensure that Scrum events are conducted effectively and meet their intended goals.

• Support the Scrum Team in addressing and removing obstacles.

• Aid the team in achieving self-organization by recommending techniques and facilitating processes and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master.

• PSM certification.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Technology.
