Senior Scheduler – Semi-Conductor Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and revise the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.

• Implement the schedule management framework and deliverables for extensive capital projects.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders.

• Create baseline schedules and accompanying schedule basis documents for approval by the project team.

• Conduct resource loading and leveling activities.

• Integrate contractors’ schedules into the IMS.

• Evaluate impacts on critical-path and near-critical activities and communicate findings.

• Track schedule deviations and variances, assisting in the formulation of corrective measures.

• Utilize EVM methodology to assess project advancement.

• Regularly review schedules with members of the project team.

• Generate schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analyses of the schedule.

• Keep records of scope changes, trends, and variances that influence schedule performance.

• Ensure the reliability of schedule information.

• Maintain communication with clients and other consultants throughout all phases of the project.

• Comply with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.

• A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience.

• Hands-on experience collaborating within complex matrix teams.

• Proficiency in using Primavera P6.

• Strong communication skills.

• On-site presence is necessary, with requirements subject to change based on client needs.
