This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, update, and oversee project timelines using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Construct and sustain program and project schedules inclusive of lead times, durations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Integrated Project Teams and project managers to gather and confirm schedule inputs.
• Execute schedule analytics such as critical path, float, variance, slippage trends, milestone health, and key-driver analysis.
• Conduct scenario analysis for potential outcomes and contribute to recovery planning.
• Assist with re-planning and re-baselining following significant schedule adjustments.
• Create and maintain scheduling products, templates, fragnets, baselines, updates, analyses, and reports.
• Reconcile and verify schedule, milestone, and vendor-deliverable data; address data quality concerns.
• Develop metrics and alerts to detect slippage and emerging risks.
• Integrate project schedules into comprehensive summaries, dashboards, and leadership reports.
• Communicate schedule status, drivers, risks, and impacts to project managers and stakeholders.
• Design repeatable data extracts and reporting templates; enhance efficiency through standardization and automation.
• At TSS.4 level: oversee enterprise and integrated schedules, manage dashboards, guide schedulers, translate stakeholder inquiries into analyses, query backend data, and establish KPIs.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant combination of education and technical experience.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work autonomously, handle competing priorities under pressure, and remain organized in a collaborative environment.
• Practical experience using Primavera P6 or comparable software for scheduling and schedule analysis, including CPM scheduling, SRAs, and integrated program roll-up schedules.
• Background in working with project managers and stakeholders across various organizations, analyzing schedules, and conveying status, drivers, and impacts.
• Familiarity with regulatory or permitting requirements in hazardous or highly regulated sectors.
• Experience with EVMS and integration with costing databases or similar industry-standard systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools.
• Advanced TSS.4 qualifications: extensive Primavera P6 experience, administration and security profiles, integrated master scheduling, cross-organizational schedule integration, and advanced CPM analysis.
• Significant experience in developing decision-oriented analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge in defining metrics/KPIs, variance and trend analysis, and early-risk alerts.
• Familiarity with DOE nuclear safety basis implementation and high-hazard work planning and control processes, or equivalent regulated-industry experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe tools, and dashboard/reporting platforms such as APEX and Power BI.
• Desired: experience in nuclear facility maintenance and/or operations, CMMS usage, outage/T-Week/preventative maintenance schedules, ETL processes, SQL, Power Query, APIs, and advanced Excel proficiency.
