Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.

• Evaluate HR processes.

• Collect business requirements.

• Propose improvements.

• Ensure seamless integration of Employee Central with other modules and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

• Proficient in configuring and customizing the EC module.

• Background in implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.

• Familiarity with HR processes and managing employee data.

• Understanding of EC integrations with various modules and systems.

• Experience in gathering requirements and developing functional specifications.

• A collaborative team player.

• Excellent communication skills along with a proactive mindset.

• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize effectively.
