SAP Business One Support Consultant, Spanish-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer needs, business workflows, and operational goals to deliver efficient SAP Business One support.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and investigate application problems, identify root causes, and implement suitable solutions or workarounds.

• Offer functional assistance and guidance to clients regarding SAP Business One core modules and add-ons.

• Facilitate user training, disseminate best practices, and introduce pertinent system features and modules to enhance application usage and efficiency.

• Assist with SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, system improvements, and ongoing maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to guarantee prompt issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One core modules and frequently utilized add-ons.

• Experience in providing support for SAP Business One applications and/or implementation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports.

• Experience with SAP Business One upgrades is a plus.

• Strong background in IT consulting or application support.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.

• Functional understanding of SAP Business One.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports.

• Basic understanding of SAP Business One deployment in cloud environments.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Native-level Spanish proficiency.
