SAP SF EC, Time Off – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect business requirements and create functional specifications documentation.

• Provide guidance to clients on system design alternatives and best practices for HRIS.

• Set up and test SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client specifications.

• Execute or assist in data migration tasks.

• Facilitate comprehensive demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

• Gather and analyze client feedback to inform system modifications.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on various modules.

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), training resources, and project documentation.

• Address post-implementation challenges within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Implement minor enhancements based on client input.

• Lead workshops, gather insights, effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage responsibilities, review deliverables, balance client requests with solution practicality, and assess root causes for recurring issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS Implementation, Support, or End User roles.

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management abilities.

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (mandatory).
