Lead Consultant, SAP FI/CO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to SAP clients on enhancing their finance operations

• Create customized solutions for each client's unique journey to S/4HANA

• Actively participate in the planning and delivery of S/4HANA transformation initiatives

• Convert business needs into SAP system solutions, covering everything from conceptual design to implementation, including customization

• Independently manage and lead consulting projects within the FI/CO domain

• Ensure that project goals, quality benchmarks, and customer expectations are achieved

• Offer expert support and mentoring to team members, project personnel, and Junior SAP Consultants

• Encourage professional growth and teamwork within the group

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of finance business processes

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance

• Several years of experience in process and implementation consulting for SAP finance solutions

• Experience with medium to large-scale SAP projects is preferred

• Strong grasp of business processes

• Interest in Landscape Transformation Services or Cloud ALM

• Good knowledge of adjacent logistics processes, including sales, procurement, production, inventory management, and Project System

• Willingness to take initiative and manage projects autonomously

• Ability to impart subject-matter knowledge and assist others in their professional growth

• Organized work style and a strong focus on teamwork

• Strong customer orientation

• Excellent written and spoken German at C1 level

• Proficient in English
