• Oversee the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solution.

• Assist in the management of performance and goal-related processes.

• Assess requirements and suggest enhancements.

• Ensure that the functionality aligns with business objectives.

• Work collaboratively with involved teams.

• Utilize advanced/fluent English for professional communication.

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

• Familiarity with the Performance & Goals module.

• Understanding of solution configuration, support, and enhancement.

• Capability to analyze requirements and recognize areas for improvement.

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency is essential.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
