Senior SAP SD Consultant, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SD solutions that align with business needs and SAP best practices.

• Organize and lead fit-to-standard workshops, blueprint sessions, and business process design workshops with essential stakeholders.

• Evaluate client processes and convert business requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions.

• Design and set up core SAP SD processes.

• Create functional specifications and work in collaboration with development teams on enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and custom developments.

• Aid in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.

• Offer expertise in SAP Fiori applications for streamlined and user-friendly SD operations.

• Partner with business users, key users, architects, developers, project managers, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and produce comprehensive documentation.

• Guide junior consultants and provide functional support to project team members.

• Deliver hypercare and go-live support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Demonstrates substantial experience in the SAP SD module.

• Familiar with SAP S/4 Hana environments.

• Skilled in utilizing SAP Fiori applications.

• Experienced in leading and coordinating design workshops.

• Knowledgeable in fit-to-standard implementations and standardized SAP S/4 Hana solutions.

• Experienced in SAP integration with other SAP modules.

• Advanced knowledge of Available-to-Promise (ATP).

• Capable of navigating complex system landscapes and making informed decisions about standardization versus customization.

• Accustomed to collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders.

• Strong background in SAP SD customization.

• Understanding of SD/LE processes and SAP Best Practices.

• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
