SAP DRC, KSeF Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the functional and technical justifiability of approving VF11 cancellations after successful KSeF submissions through custom intervention or enhancements.

• Assess compliance, audit security, SAP supportability, maintenance requirements, and potential risks related to future S/4HANA migrations.

• Analyze current alternative solutions and provide a well-supported recommendation.

• Create a solution proposal addressing the debit note mapping conflict while adhering to Polish legal standards.

• Develop a strategy for invoice references in VAT reporting JPK_V7M to minimize manual corrections for currency and regulatory adjustments.

• Outline a rough estimate of effort, architecture, solution framework, and timeline for the suggested option.

• Assist in the possible implementation of the proposed solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience with SAP DRC or the SAP eDocument framework.

• Practical project experience with KSeF in Poland.

• Understanding of Polish e-invoicing and VAT regulations.

• Experience with localization in Poland and KSeF processes.

• Background in SAP SD/FI integration.

• Proficiency in SAP SD billing, especially related to VF11.

• Familiarity with SAP FI and Tax Reporting.

• Experience with S/4HANA transformations and migration aspects is a plus.

• Fluent English is mandatory.

• German language skills are a plus.
