SAP P2S Aftermarket MRO Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate ERP transformation initiatives that align with RTX's business strategies, focusing on SAP S/4HANA for Aftermarket processes.

• Manage the entire transformation lifecycle, which includes planning, execution, and optimization of MRO systems and tools.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverable milestones.

• Ensure compliance with project timelines and budget restrictions while navigating competing priorities.

• Collaborate on Aftermarket MRO system transformation efforts, aligning technological capabilities with operational needs and business goals.

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions to enhance workflows, streamline MRO operations, and boost business performance.

• Facilitate the development, deployment, adoption, and effective use of MRO tools and systems.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with MRO tool execution and SAP ERP implementations.

• Address issues proactively to avert project delays or disruptions.

• Support change management efforts and create and deliver training materials.

• Manage relationships with SAP S/4HANA vendors and consultants.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data standards.

• Define and monitor KPIs, providing reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.

• Communicate project status, advantages, risks, and strategic implications to VPs and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access specific required systems.

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, OR, in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

• Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation projects with a focus on SAP implementation and integration.

• Experience in MRO systems, covering execution, tool optimization, and alignment with industry best practices.

• Proficiency in project and task management, along with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

• Prior experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector is preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team building, conflict resolution, and performance management are preferred.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% during the project lifecycle.
