Senior SAP SD Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for SAP SD.

• Examine and resolve incidents and service requests via the ticketing system.

• Recognize and implement enhancements to sales and commercial processes.

• Execute root cause analyses (RCA).

• Engage in small-scale projects and system enhancements.

• Configure and optimize settings within the SD module.

• Work collaboratively with business areas such as Sales, Billing, Logistics, and Tax.

• Assist with unit and integration testing, in addition to solution validation.

• Record implemented processes and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

• Background in support and application maintenance.

• Understanding of sales processes.

• Familiarity with order management.

• Knowledge of deliveries and shipping.

• Proficiency in billing practices.

• Awareness of pricing methodologies.

• Insight into tax determination.

• Competence in integrations with MM and FI.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP LE/WM is a plus.
