SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors.

• Lead enhancements of modules, providing support and driving continuous improvement, particularly in EC, ECP, Talent, and Performance.

• Perform complex analyses and recommend robust, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate on integrations with SAP and legacy systems.

• Ensure compliance with architectural and governance best practices.

• Support and shape strategic HR technology decisions.

• Engage in implementation, rollout, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with business teams, translating requirements into effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, such as core HR, payroll, and talent management.

• Experience in managing complex implementation or transformation projects.

• Familiarity with integrations involving SAP, APIs, and middleware.

• Advanced analytical skills coupled with a systems-level perspective.

• Proficient in English, preferred for a global corporate setting.

• Possession of SAP SuccessFactors certifications.

• Experience in multinational work environments.

• Background in agile methodologies.

• Understanding of SAP solution architecture.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Experience in process improvement.

• Team management experience.
