This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate sessions to gather requirements from client stakeholders and devise SAP Finance solutions
• Conduct business process design and system analysis relating to SAP Finance and SAP Public Sector Financials processes
• Configure SAP Funds Management to monitor and control detailed budgets by fund, funds center, and commitment item
• Develop and manage budgets while ensuring budget availability control is supported
• Assist with the configuration and upkeep of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that technical solutions align with functional requirements
• Coordinate efforts with architects, developers, BASIS, Middleware, Portal, and business analyst teams
• Aid in the maintenance, enhancement, and development of SAP modules and application interfaces
• Author and implement test plans, document outcomes, and assist with defect resolution
• Create functional specifications, configuration documentation, and training materials for end-users
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives and safeguard sensitive information in accordance with security policies
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of pertinent experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience without a bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP ECC Finance
• Experience in one or more SAP Finance areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, or Funds Management
• Familiarity with SAP Public Sector Financials
• Funds Management configuration experience, including budget creation across fund, funds center, and commitment item structure
• Proven experience in writing and executing test plans
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain an active government clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
