SAP Integration Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate business and system analysis, solution design, coding, and testing within enterprise SAP environments.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive technical designs and deliver high-quality development outputs.

• Direct SAP development strategies and assess alternative solutions.

• Work closely with SAP Functional Consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership.

• Create programming specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and logic flow documentation.

• Lead SAP development initiatives across various teams.

• Provide daily oversight on development tasks, ensuring quality, standards, and adherence to project timelines.

• Assist with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and planning for development workstreams.

• Mentor and provide training to junior team members.

• Ensure alignment of SAP project objectives with wider business and organizational goals.

• Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in SAP development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP development.

• Extensive experience in SAP project management.

• Strong grasp of SAP solutions and implementation practices.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple development teams.

• Thorough knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Capability to align SAP development efforts with broader business strategies.

• Experience in mentoring and developing team members.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on SAP tools, technologies, and industry trends.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Eligibility to obtain at least a Public Trust Clearance.

• Work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.
