Senior SAP QM Consultant – Process Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in S/4HANA transformation initiatives within the life sciences, chemicals, and food production sectors, concentrating on Quality Management processes.

• Offer expert advice throughout the conception, design, customization, prototyping, testing, and implementation stages of SAP QM projects.

• Guide clients in establishing quality management systems and migration initiatives while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Create and deliver concepts for quality assurance, including integration with production and logistics processes.

• Assess requirements and develop comprehensive business blueprints that align with clients' quality assurance goals.

• Support bid teams in crafting proposals, responding to tenders, and estimating quality management solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in (business) informatics, quality management, industrial engineering, business administration, or equivalent training with relevant experience.

• Significant professional experience as an SAP consultant, with a focus on the SAP QM module.

• Successfully led at least three complete SAP QM implementations.

• Experience serving as a (partial) project manager with accountability for results.

• Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, professional demeanor, empathy, and teamwork spirit.

• In-depth knowledge and practical implementation experience in SAP QM.

• Expertise in integrating ERP modules such as PP, MM, and EWM.

• Ideally, experience at the intersection of production, quality control, and logistics.

• Programming knowledge in ABAP OO, UI5, or Fiori is advantageous.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to provide on-site customer support.
