SAP RE-FX Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, set up, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions that meet business needs.

• Configure and enhance Input Tax Distribution (§ 15 (4) UStG) within SAP RE-FX.

• Configure and assist with Input Tax Correction (§ 15a UStG), including associated processes and periodic tasks.

• Analyze business needs and convert them into functional and technical specifications.

• Assist in testing activities, which include preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices for RE-FX processes and compliance-related matters.

• Create functional specifications and configuration documentation.

• Facilitate workshops with business and process experts, attending onsite when necessary.

• Work in collaboration with technical teams on enhancements and interface requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP RE-FX consultant.

• Strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP Real Estate Management.

• Proficient hands-on knowledge in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Distribution (§ 15 (4) UStG).

• Proficient hands-on knowledge in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Correction (§ 15a UStG).

• Thorough understanding of SAP RE-FX integration with FI, including FI-AA and FI-AP/AR, alongside related SAP modules.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work autonomously and in a self-organized manner in a remote setting.

• Comfortable operating in an international, cross-functional project context.

• Experience with Service Charge Settlement in SAP RE-FX is a plus.

• Familiarity with technical interfaces to/from external systems, such as Planon, is a plus.

• Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
