Senior SAP PP Consultant – Discrete Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, model, and design client processes within Discrete Manufacturing production and planning, encompassing PP, Supply Chain, and Integrated Planning.

• Execute comprehensive SAP project life cycles: Design, Build, Test, and Run.

• Create discrete manufacturing-specific end-to-end scenarios emphasizing supply chain capabilities.

• Facilitate Fit-Gap analysis workshops alongside clients.

• Assess SAP business best practices and propose enhancements or new opportunities.

• Guide clients on how SAP technologies facilitate contemporary digital production planning.

• Investigate business challenges to pinpoint value-chain enhancements and aid in technology-solution implementation related to SAP.

• Effectively present solutions to clients and gain their commitment prior to implementation.

• Foster innovative opportunities utilizing the S/4HANA solution and remain up-to-date with market trends and innovations.

• Contribute to Nagarro's practice growth through innovative initiatives.

• Provide functional advice and support to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Integrated module and process comprehension in Discrete Manufacturing (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau).

• Profound knowledge of at least one SAP module: PP with QM, PP/DS, or IBP.

• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid-agile, or Waterfall project methodologies.

• Experience in the complete life cycle implementation of SAP projects.

• Ideally, experience with S/4HANA projects.

• Self-driven to acquire new concepts and eager to share knowledge and skills with colleagues.

• Capacity to operate in a global environment and collaborate with virtual teams.

• Intercultural awareness.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required by project demands.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in German (C1).
