Senior SAP MM Consultant – AMS L2/L3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Deliver L2 and L3 functional support for the SAP MM module.

• Manage intricate incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.

• Take ownership of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process from start to finish.

• Engage directly with stakeholders from US clients, including business users, key users, and IT partners, in English.

• Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently fulfilled.

• Suggest enhancements to the support model.

• Create solutions and implement enhancements within the Application Management Services (AMS) framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a functional consultant specializing in SAP MM.

• Participation in 2 to 3 complete SAP implementation projects.

• Demonstrated experience in L2 / L3 AMS support is essential.

• Strong knowledge of at least one additional SAP Logistics module (SD, EWM/WM, PP, LE, or QM) and its integration with MM.

• Full independence in managing the P2P process.

• Proficient English skills for direct communication with stakeholders based in North America.

• Experience in SAP consulting firms is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar.

• Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a significant advantage.

• Previous experience with international clients or work in North America.

• Exposure to S/4HANA.
