This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement comprehensive designs for all specifications, concentrating on the Compensation module with a clean-core methodology.

• Carry out all necessary configuration tasks during the Build phase.

• Effectively organize, manage, and conduct non-regression, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing independently.

• Prepare for cutover activities and implement changes in the production environment.

• Oversee project documentation, which includes global solution design documents, configuration manuals, workbooks, end-user training resources, and testing documentation.

• Facilitate knowledge-transfer sessions and training for end-users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven, extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

• Proficient conversational English skills for collaboration with international clients.

• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, agility, customer orientation, proactivity, autonomy, organizational and planning abilities, along with a solution-focused mindset.

• Must be available to work during European business hours (6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Brasília time).

• Capability to work entirely remotely.
