SAP Basis Consultant, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Administer and manage SAP Basis and SAP S/4HANA systems

• Conduct SAP HANA administration and monitoring tasks

• Oversee incidents, problems, and change management

• Evaluate system performance and resolve issues

• Handle certificates and the SAP Cloud Connector

• Monitor and oversee SAP landscapes utilizing SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

• Direct SAP operations, including administration, releases, and lifecycles

• Manage Transport Management (CTS) and associated releases

• Facilitate cutover and go-live processes

• Oversee patches and upgrades

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP Basis and S/4HANA operations

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis administration and S/4HANA system administration

• Experience with SAP system operations and SAP HANA administration and monitoring

• Demonstrated expertise in incident, problem, and change management

• Strong capabilities in performance analysis and troubleshooting

• Experience in managing certificates and SAP Cloud Connector

• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for monitoring and operational management

• Experience in monitoring, alerting, and managing SAP landscapes

• Knowledge of SAP operations and administration, including release and lifecycle management

• Experience with Transport Management (CTS) and release management processes

• Background in cutover and go-live management

• Knowledge of patch and upgrade management

• Proficiency in both German and English

• Preferred: Experience with SAP Cloud and RISE, including RISE with SAP

• Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (PCE)

• Preferred: Experience in operating hybrid SAP landscapes

• Preferred: Knowledge of SAP BTP administration

• Preferred: Experience with global account and subaccount management

• Preferred: Understanding of role and authorization concepts

• Preferred: Experience in service and platform administration

• Preferred: Knowledge of connectivity and security
