Senior SAP IS-U Consultant – Utilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Analyze and structure clients' business requirements while developing solution and implementation strategies.

• Assist in SAP IS-U transformation and migration initiatives to SAP S/4HANA Utilities.

• Optimize and design business processes within the utility sector, focusing on billing, invoicing, market communication, and device management.

• Execute testing, prepare documentation, and provide user training for the rollout of new solutions.

• Design and create new SAP Fiori applications while enhancing user experience across existing SAP system landscapes.

• Serve as a mentor to junior consultants, facilitating their professional and personal growth.

• Establish trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in the SAP IS-U environment, preferably with a utility company, energy services provider, or SAP/IT consultancy.

• Comprehensive understanding of utility business processes.

• Strong consulting skills in billing, market communication, and FI-CA.

• Proven track record of taking ownership of customer projects.

• Ability to confidently navigate the intersection of business and IT.

• Capability to analyze complex requirements and convert them into actionable solutions.

• Analytical and methodical approach to work.

• Passion for sharing knowledge and assisting junior consultants in their growth.

• Proficient German language skills, ideally at a C1 level.
